Olivia Falcone
She/Her
Olivia is a licensed clinical professional counselor, queer community advocate, and identity exploration specialist. She received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in women's and gender studies and psychology, and obtained her master's degree in counseling from Northwestern University.
Olivia's approach is built on the foundation of: safety, respect, deep listening, identity affirmation, anti-capitalist values, and meeting clients exactly where they are.
She believes therapy is a space where every part of you — including the parts that carry shame, confusion, or pain — deserves to be heard and tended to. Olivia practices through an integrative lens, tailoring her work to each client's unique needs, story, and pace. If you were one of Olivia's clients, you'd experience a therapeutic space that is safe, where you are heard and respected, a place to grow, create connection, and understand yourself more clearly.

Experience
Olivia primarily draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and person-centered modalities. Her clinical experience includes working with fellow queer community members, children and adolescents, and adults navigating childhood trauma, relationship issues, intrusive thoughts, and identity exploration. She is passionate about promoting accessibility to gender-affirming care and provides WPATH letters of support for clients seeking gender-affirming medical care.
Alternative Experience
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, Olivia is committed to de-centering capitalism in mental health care and creating accessible, affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ clients. Her interests include identity exploration, queer liberation, decolonized approaches to care, and helping clients navigate both their internal and external worlds with greater safety and clarity.
