Pamela is an experienced licensed clinical social worker licensed to see clients in Illinois and Ohio. Pamela aims to provide a safe and empathic space that empowers clients to recognize their strength and resilience, and to feel in control of their therapeutic journey.
Pamela utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to help clients cope with and find meaning in their experiences.
She understands and values that each individual's experience is their own, and does not believe any treatment or intervention is one-size-fits-all. Pamela brings curiosity, authenticity, and compassion into sessions to build a trusting partnership with clients. She pulls from a variety of modalities to offer clients, including EMDR, IFS, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness, in order to offer a treatment plan that is aligned with each individual’s goals.

Pamela’s clinical experience includes working with individuals coping with symptoms of complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual abuse and assault, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, major life transitions, difficult relationships, identity exploration, and issues related to self-esteem and self-worth. Pamela has worked with individuals across the lifespan, and especially enjoys working with college students and young adults.
